Chengdu,โฃ China – Denza has launched updated versions ofโค its D9 luxury MPV, featuring lower prices and continuing to offer both Plug-in Hybrid (PHEV) and Pure Electric Vehicle (BEV) options. The latest PHEV variant is now available in China starting at 309,800 yuan โ(approximatelyโฃ Rp. 716.4 million), โmarking a significant price reduction compared to the December 2024 launch price of 339,800 yuanโ (Rp. 785 million).
The price adjustments โaim to broaden the appeal of the D9, a key model in Denza’s expanding lineup. The launch took place at the Recent Chengdu 2025 automotive โexhibition, with Denza releasing pricing for four new variants: three PHEV models and one BEV. This move comes as competition intensifies in โคthe Chinese MPV market, with consumers increasingly seeking premium features and efficient powertrain options.
The Denza D9 PHEV โขis offered in price tiers ranging from 309,800 yuan (Rp. 716.4 million) to 459,800 yuan (Rp. 1 billion). The BEV variant isโฃ priced โat 319,800 yuan (Rp.739.5 million).
Denza D9 PHEV Specifications
The D9 PHEV boastsโ dimensions ofโ 5,250 mm in length, 1,960 mm in width, and 1,900 mm in height, withโข a 3,110 mm wheelbase and a turning radius of 5.95 meters.
Powering the vehicle is aโ 1.5T turbocharged engine producing 115 kW and 225 Nm of โฃtorque,โฃ paired with anโ ACโฃ Permanent Magnet Synchronous electric motor delivering 200 kW and 315 Nm. A 40 kWh blade battery supportsโฃ DC fastโค charging up to 80 kW.
The โขD9 PHEV is available in โboth 2WD and AWD configurations, with the AWD model priced at 329,800โฃ yuan (Rp. โ762.6 million).The 40 kWh battery providesโข a pure electric range of up to 200 km (2WD) โor 190 km โ(AWD).
