Dr. Anthony Trueman’s planned brief return to Albert Square to surprise his father will extend beyond his initial intentions as he uncovers recent events within the Trueman household.

Nicholas Bailey, reprising his well-known role, expressed his delight at the unexpected opportunity. “It is an unexpected treat to return to EastEnders and I’m full of gratitude to get the opportunity to revisit the character of Anthony,” he stated.

Bailey also shared his enthusiasm for working with Rudolph Walker again, acknowledging his notable impact on his acting career. “Its fantastic to work with Rudolph Walker again – he’s such a big part of my journey as an actor and I loved filming my first scenes with him after so long,” Bailey commented.
