CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) – American Airlines is extending its โnonstop service from Charlotte Douglasโ International Airport tooโค Vail, Colorado, offering skiers and travelers extended access to the popular mountain destination.
Originally scheduled for a limited runโ from December 18, 2025, to January 5, 2026, the seasonal route will now return on February 12, 2026, and operateโฃ daily through โApril 6, 2026. This extension provides a longer window for travelers to reach Vail duringโฃ peak โขski season and beyond. The added service builds on American Airlines’โ growing commitment toโฃ connecting Charlotte travelers with โฃpremier ski destinations.
“World-class slopes, alpine village vibes, and aprรจs-ski done right – all just one flight away,” โฃan airport spokesperson said.
The Vail โขextension follows theโ announcement in March of a separate โnonstop route from Charlotte to Aspen, Colorado, also beginning December 18. That โservice will operate on Fridays,saturdays,and Sundays through March.
