The War Strategy Used by Ukrainian President in the Face of Russia’s Psychological Warfare: Insights from Megawati Sukarnoputri in Jakarta

Jakarta –

The 5th President of the Republic of Indonesia Megawati Sukarnoputri highlighted the war strategy used by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky when his country was invaded by Russia. According to Megawati, the Russian President is actually waging psychological warfare.

This statement was conveyed by Megawati at the inauguration ceremony of the Bung Karno Republic of Indonesia Warship (KRI) at Kolinlamil, North Jakarta last Thursday (1/6/2023). Accompanied by the TNI Commander, Admiral Yudo Margono, Megawati initially discussed psychological warfare strategies before the navy admirals.

Megawati then touched on the war strategy used by Ukraine against Russia.

“I’m talking about Ukraine, how come it doesn’t think about it, why do you want to fight Russia,” said Megawati.

He also reminded journalists to quote his statement correctly when discussing this. Because he doesn’t want to be bullied. “This journalist, if the quote is correct, I will be bullied later,” he continued.

Megawati said that Russia’s war strategy in Ukraine is a reality. Megawati questioned Zelensky’s strategy of traveling everywhere when his country was being bombarded by Russia.

“This is reality. This is a strategy, right. What to do? Just because they think they are assisted by western countries. My question is, yesterday I saw President Zelensky, right? , keep saying want to help,” he said.

He also mentioned ASEAN aid for Ukraine. However, continued Megawati, Putin remained calm and did not appear confused.

“Then yesterday ASEAN said it would provide what is the name of the spot. My question is whether that is what is actually needed as soon as I see Mr.

Megawati also made her point when talking about Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. Megawati believes that Putin is waging a psychological war.

“What is my story, it’s a strategy. So what? One, Putin is waging a psychological war. Second, he can know. Because of what? How could Western countries provide such cool assistance,” he said.

Megawati emphasized that this story was intended to make the TNI want to think, solely so that they would not be nervous when making war strategies.

“So I’m telling a story to think about, you guys are smart people. Until you become a general. Well, make a strategy so that if something happens you won’t be nervous,” he said firmly.

Russia’s Lavrov Blames Ukraine and the West for Obstacles to Peace Talks with Ukraine

by Chief editor of world-today-news.com May 26, 2023
written by Chief editor of world-today-news.com

Jakarta –

Minister of Foreign Affairs Russia Sergei Lavrov told China’s special envoy Li Hui there were serious obstacles to resuming peace talks with Ukraine. He blamed Ukraine and Western countries for the bottleneck.

“Russia’s foreign minister reaffirmed Moscow’s commitment to resolving the political-diplomatic conflict, noting the serious obstacles to the resumption of peace talks made by the Ukrainian side and its Western mentors,” the Russian Foreign Ministry said in a statement. AFP, Friday (26/5/2023) ).

During a meeting with Li, who was China’s ambassador in Russia between 2009 and 2019, Lavrov also praised Beijing’s balanced position in Ukraine. While China says it is a neutral party in the Ukraine conflict, it has been criticized for refusing to condemn Moscow for its offensive.

“Both sides expressed readiness to further strengthen Russia-China foreign policy cooperation, which has always been aimed at maintaining peace and stability in the region and the planet as a whole,” the Russian Foreign Ministry said.

The Chinese envoy’s visit to the Russian capital comes after Li met Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in Kiev earlier this month. Li also said there is no panacea to solve the crisis.

written by Chief editor of world-today-news.com

Bakhmut –

The head of Russia’s Wagner Mercenary Group Yevgeny Prigozhin claims to have controlled more than half of Bakhut City in Ukraine east. The mercenary group was indeed deployed for the purpose of liberating the city from Ukraine.

As reported by AFP, Monday (20/3/2023), Yevgeny Prigozhin claims to have controlled 70 percent of Bakhmut City. He conveyed to the Russian Government that it would continue the process of liberating the city.

“Currently, Wagner’s units control about 70 percent of the city of Bakhmut and are continuing operations to complete the liberation of the city,” Yevgeny Prigozhin said in an open letter to the Minister of Defense. Russia Sergei Shoigu.

In a letter published on social media, Prigozhin appealed to Shoigu to provide Wagner’s units with the necessary equipment to repel a Ukrainian counterattack. The attack, he said, would be carried out in late March or April.

Russian and Ukrainian troops have invested heavily in the battle for Bakhmut, although analysts say the city is of little strategic value.

Ukraine says the battle for the industrial city is key to holding back Russian troops along its eastern front.

Putin Admits Threatened with German Tanks in Ukraine, Leveraging World War II

by Chief editor of world-today-news.com February 2, 2023
written by Chief editor of world-today-news.com

Moscow –

President of Russia Vladimir Putin acknowledged that his party felt threatened by the presence of tanks German. Putin alluded to this amid pro-Western plans to send troops to Ukraine.

Reported by AFP, Thursday (2/2/2023), Putin spoke at an event commemorating the 80th anniversary of the victory of the Red Army over Nazi Germany in Stalingrad. Putin drew parallels between the Soviet Union’s struggles in World War II and Moscow’s intervention in Ukraine. He also brought up the threat of German Leopard tanks.

“This is hard to believe but true. We are being threatened again by German Leopard tanks,” he said in the southern city of Volgograd.

“Again and again we were forced to repel the collective aggression of the West,” Putin continued.

Putin also admitted that he was surprised by the attitude of Germany and its Western allies. The reason is, he has never sent any tanks or combat vehicles to their country’s borders.

“We are not sending tanks to their borders but we have something to respond to, and it is not only about using armored vehicles. Everyone has to understand this,” he said.

Because of that, Putin also emphasized that his party was ready to expel the West. He made sure a modern war with Russia would be very different from World War II.

“A modern war with Russia would be very different,” he added.

Since sending troops into pro-Western Ukraine last February, Putin has repeatedly threatened to use nuclear weapons against the West if the conflict escalates.

“Readiness to go to the end, to do the impossible for the sake of the motherland, for the sake of truth is and is in the blood, in the character of our multinational people,” said Putin.
