Jimmyโฃ kimmel Returns to โคAir Amid Protests and Support in Hollywood
LOS ANGELES -โค “jimmy โKimmel Live!” resumed tapingโ Tuesdayโ at the el Capitan Entertainment center on Hollywood โฃBoulevard, drawing both protesters and supportersโข responding to recent controversy surrounding host Jimmy Kimmel.
Protests arose following comments Kimmel made โthat drew criticism. โPerryโ Caravello, a YouTuber protestingโ Kimmel’s return, stated, “He should โbe off the air โfor another full week if not a full โขmonth to think about what he said.”
Conversely,โฃ gregg Donovan, carrying a sign welcomingโ Kimmel back, emphasizedโฃ freedom of speech, saying, “this is America. I don’t think free speech will ever really beโค threatened.” Donovan wore a black โtop hat and red blazer. Another supporter, known as “Hollywood Harlequin,” also displayed a sign of support.
The El Capitan Entertainment Centre is located across from the TCLโฃ Chinese โคTheater and along the โฃHollywood Walk of Fame, which includes stars honoring figures like roy Disney, โEva Longoria, โKelly Ripa, Paul Rudd, and Chris Pratt.
