Trumpโ Expresses Disapproval of Russian Airspace Incursion into estonia
WASHINGTON – U.S. President Donald Trump stated he was displeased with the recent violation of Estonian airspace โby three Russian MiG-31 fighter jets. The incident, occurring Friday, has heightened tensions in the region andโ prompted a response from โNATO.
Speaking to journalists at the Whiteโ House, Trump said, “I do โnot like it. It may be a big problem. I have to check it. I will soon get to know this briefly.” The comment came in response to a question regarding the unauthorized entry of the Russian aircraft.
The three MiG-31s entered Estonian airspace on Friday, remaining over the Finnish Gulf for approximately 12 minutes, according to reports. Followingโ the incursion,Estonia‘s Ministry of Foreign Affairs summoned the Russian chargรฉ d’affaires to โlodge a protest.โ
