## โRodeoHouston Announces New Upscaleโค Dining Experience: โฃ1932โ Cattleman’s Club
The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo is set โto debut a new upscale dining and entertainment destination, the 1932 Cattleman’s Club, inโ 2026.This replaces Theโค Ranch Saloon, previously operated by โBerg Hospitality forโค four years.
The partnership โขwith Fertitta Entertainment, announced today, will bring a new concept to the rodeo grounds, building upon Fertitta Entertainment’s existing 15+ year presence throughโ its Saltgrassโฃ Steakhouse pop-up booth. Fertitta Entertainment’s portfolio includes โluxury dining establishments such as Mastro’s, Vic & Anthony’s, La Griglia,โค and Palm.

while the 1932 Cattleman’s Club will offer similar menuโ items to The โRanch – including prime and wagyu steaks,seafood,and sides like lobster mac โand โคcheese – it will distinguish itself by being open for lunch and offering a dedicated kid’s menu. โ
