Japanese Supper Club at Veritas: Chef Josh Dalton’s veritas restaurant in Downtown Columbus has launched its second Japanese supper club on October 1st, following a successful Mexican tasting menu. The menu includes yellowtail amberjack sashimi with apple and turnip, grilled eel, tonkatsu, and a shaved ice dessert with mochi and melon.
