Jakarta – Singer Denada hasโฃ addressed public concernโ regarding a house she recentlyโ listed for sale, which appeared neglected in online โphotos. The property’s condition sparked online discussion, prompting denada to explainโ theโข circumstances surrounding its purchase and subsequent lack of occupancy.
Denada clarified โthat she acquired the house several โฃyears ago โฃwithโฃ funds intendedโ to cover debts incurred during her daughter Aisha’s medical treatment โขin Singapore โขduring the pandemic.”so, thank God,โ theโ Pejaten house was โsold. So,with the money,I paid all my debts. Because at that time โit was a pandemic, I wasn’t working and โAisha had toโ be treated in Singapore,” she stated during an appearance on the Pagi Pagi Ambyar program on Trans TV, South Jakarta, Friday โฃ(October 24, 2025).
The singer explained the purchaseโค was initiated by her late mother as an investment. “After that, the money was still enough forโ living expenses in Singapore. Well, there wasโ some left over. At that time,my late mother asked for the money to โbuy the house. Well, I just handed it all โover toโ myโข mother and โขbought the house,” she saeid.Denada confirmed the house was purchased at โa favorable price and has remained unoccupied since its acquisition.
“At that time, Iโ boughtโ it at an attractive price, so yes, as my mother asked me โto invest the money there, that’s it.โข It’s โbeen likeโ that โas I bought it and never lived in โit,” Denada explained. She affirmed the decision to sell was logical given the property’s unused status.
“Yes, because it wasn’t occupied, so what’sโข the point? It’s anโค inactive asset, so I decided to just sell it.โ I alsoโ forgot the specifications, I onlyโฃ went there onc to buy it,” she added. The sale proceeds were used to settle outstanding financial obligations.
