Ghaziabad, Uttarโ Pradesh – October 12, 2025 โฃ – Prestige Estates, a Bengaluru-based real estate developer, has launched ‘Mayflower’, โขteh โsecond โขphase โof its township project, ‘The Prestige City, Indirapuram‘ in Ghaziabad,โ comprisingโ 620 โhousing โขunits โwith a total estimated gross advancement value (GDV) of approximately Rs 2,200 crore.
The launch follows the near-complete sale of the 3,421 units in theโข first phase – Oakwood and Mulberry – which โฃgenerated around Rs 9,000 crore in sales โฃvalue. The โentire township is spread acrossโฃ a 62.5-acreโฃ site inโ Indirapuram Extension, along National Highway 24.

This project contributes to the company’sโฃ strong recent performance. Prestige โขEstates reported a โฃ50% increase in sales bookings to Rs 6,017.3 crore during the โขsecond quarter of the fiscal year,โ driven by robustโ housing demand. Salesโค volume for the september quarter reached 4.42 millionโ square feet,โข aโข 47% year-over-yearโข increase, with 2,069 units sold. Average apartmentโค realization roseโข 8% โto โฃRsโ 14,906 โคper squareโข foot,โ while plot realization increased sharply by 43% to Rs 9,510 per square foot.
For the first half ofโ theโค fiscalโฃ year, Prestige Estates achieved record sales โof Rsโ 18,143.7 crore,aโฃ 157% year-over-year increase,surpassing totalโค sales โฃbookings for the โentire 2024-25 fiscal. This โencompassed 13.96 million square feet ofโฃ sales volume,representing 6,788 unitsโฃ sold.
