Münster, Germany – Police in Münster stopped a vehicle traveling at approximately 140 km/h on Monday after a witness reported the driver appeared to be engaging in sexual activity with a passenger. The incident occurred on the A1 motorway, prompting intervention from emergency services.
The witness,driving near the Ford vehicle around 10:30 a.m.on November 3rd, alerted authorities after observing erratic driving – including repeatedly drifting towards the road’s edge, forcing a truck to pull onto the shoulder – and what appeared to be sexual intercourse between the occupants. Police later located and stopped the vehicle at a gas station on Steinfurter Straße in Münster.
The 37-year-old German driver now faces criminal charges for perilous interference in road traffic due to his reckless driving.His 33-year-old passenger was also present during the incident. The case highlights the severe risks associated with distracted driving and the potential consequences of endangering public safety on roadways.
