Old woman Nedelya Bachkarova, who disappeared from Karlovo, disappeared from her home this morning, was found alive and well, and for 5 hours her relatives rocked the city.

“Mom is fine,” said her daughter Nikolina Bineva. It was she who raised the alarm for her absence: dozens of local residents joined in the search for the pensioner. They visited not only Karlovo but also Sopot and the surrounding villages.

“Mom was seen by several people near the Zhelyazkovi bridge. They detained her until we arrived to take her home. We thank everyone who helped us,” Nikolina Bineva was moved.

According to her, Nedelya was barefoot and slightly soiled, but is in good health. She did not provide any explanation as to how her disappearance occurred.

Two dangerous domestic dogs attacked the 12-year-old boy from the Montana village of Murchevo, Boychinovtsi municipality, the Montana Regional Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs said.

The mother explained that the four-legged friends of a local family escaped from the courtyard by opening the door and attacked the little girl who was going to get bread. The owner’s daughter heard them and ran, she caught one, but in the meantime the other dog bit the girl who was screaming for help. The child’s right hand was eaten off, the wrist was broken, and the injured child is admitted to the orthopedic ward of the Montana hospital. Sixth grader will not be able to go to school. “The child is fine. We give him antibiotic and anti-rabies prophylaxis according to the scheme. Tomorrow, after the bandaging, we will evaluate whether to put him in plaster immobilization and we could discharge him,” said the head of the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology of the Medical Center “Dr. Stamen Iliev” – Montana, Dr. Pavel Tsochev .

The accident occurred at dusk on December 29. The quadruped broke the right arm of the child who was trying to defend himself. An investigation procedure has been initiated in the case.

The Montana Police Department said the case is not the first in the region this year. In the spring, a woman was bitten by stray dogs in Lom, who then filed a lawsuit against the local municipality, which resulted in the victim getting compensation for bodily harm and stress.
