Discovery and Initial Findings
The body of the diplomat, identified as ADP, was found on Tuesday, August 7th, at 8:30 AM WIB by a boarding house supervisor. Reports indicate the victim was discovered with his face encased in plastic wrap and secured with yellow duct tape. The previous evening, ADP was reportedly seen on the rooftop of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs building before his body was found in his Menteng boarding residence.
