Kanye West Re-Sells Wyoming Ranch for $14 Million
Kanye West has sold his Bighorn Mountain Ranch in Wyoming back to the original owners, the Flitner family, for $14 million, according to reports. The sale comes amid ongoing financial challenges for the artist and marks the second Wyoming ranch west has divested from in recent months.
West initially purchased the 6,713-acre property from the Flitners in 2019, envisioning a self-sufficient lifestyle and creative retreat. However, reports of the ranch falling into disrepair surfaced, leading to its return to the family. The transaction highlights a shift in West’s real estate portfolio and potentially signals a broader financial restructuring.
The Bighorn Mountain Ranch is situated within National Forest lands and boasts lush greenery, active cattle operations, abundant wildlife, and existing cabins and lodges. The property offered a secluded escape, but ultimately proved unsustainable for West’s current circumstances. The Flitner family now resumes ownership of the expansive Wyoming landscape.
