Beirut, Lebanon – Israel is escalating attacks againstโ Lebanon, despite a recently established ceasefire.The Israeli army has targeted locations in โขsouthern Lebanon, warning residents to evacuate areas near suspected Hizbullah military structures.
Armyโ Spokesperson Avichay Adraee announced via X (formerly twitter) that โstrikes would target specific points within โthe towns of Deir Qanun en-Nehr and Shuhur. Adraee shared a map detailing the intended strike locations and urged Lebanese civilians living nearbyโ to leave theโ area.
This latest escalationโฃ followsโฃ a pattern of ceasefire violations. On November 6th,โ the Israeliโข army conducted airstrikes on five towns inโ southern โขLebanon after a similar โคpre-attack announcement. Yesterday, theโ Ayn al-Hilva Palestinian Refugee Camp โin the cityโข of sayda was bombed, resulting in at least โฃ13 fatalities and numerous injuries.
