Joel Embiid The injury is not an important factor

Many fans believe that Embiid should be out for the season due to Beverley’s trade with Springer, but Morey reiterated that this is not the case.

Morey didn’t give any timetable for Embiid, but said he thinks the MVP-caliber big man will play again this season.
He said: “I don’t want to grade the situation, but we’re pretty optimistic and our reaction since first hearing about his injury has been more good than bad, so we’re hopeful and we’re building hard to make the team better this year. Team.”
That’s not to say Embiid’s extended absence doesn’t have an impact on what Morey wants to do at the trade deadline. Morey said he liked what he saw from Mo Bamba and Paul Reed this year, but he also said he would try to add depth at center.
“I think our first priority was to get a big player, and that didn’t happen, but other than that, our goal this year is to strengthen the playoff rotation,” he said.
The Sixers don’t think so Jaden Springer can help them in the short term
For many, this is the most puzzling trade, not only because the Sixers sold a 21-year-old player at a low price, but also because the player they sold at a low price has just shown the ability to rotate. Substitute player potential.
