Bandung – Hundreds of Bobotoh attended the Persib Bandung training session at the Sidolig Stadium, Jalan Ahmad Yani, Bandung, Wednesday 6 March 2024. Bobotoh’s presence was to provide motivation ahead of the opponent Persija Jakarta.

Persib Bandung will play a home match against Persija in Week 28 of Liga 1 2023/2024. This prestigious match will be held at the Si Jalak Harupat Stadium, Bandung Regency, Saturday 9 March 2024.

Bobotoh continued to give enthusiastic shouts of support when the team was training. In fact, Bobotoh unfurled a banner that read ‘Refuse To Lose‘ or refuse to lose.

Persib coach, Bojan Hodak, said that Bobotoh’s action was very good for increasing the enthusiasm of his team’s children. This has been proven, the players work harder in training.

“This is good, this is always good because when there are supporters like this, when they come to the field, of course there is always something extra and extra motivation,” said Bojan.

“So you can see, even though it’s only in training, the players are working harder. So it’s good to have support like this,” he added.

Apart from that, the Persib team also received a letter from Bobotoh. This 52 year old coach said the letter contained Bobotoh’s love for his proud team.

“They just give you this, it says’From the North With Love‘. For us this is work, of course we want to do our best for our family and play one hundred percent. For them, Persib is a part of their life. They eat, drink, sleep and the rest is Persib,” he said.

However, the coach from Croatia will hold a closed training session on Thursday 7 March 2024. This is done because the preparations have included a tactical and strategic program.

“Tomorrow we will train behind closed doors because we have to carry out a tactical menu. Because of that, we are not allowing anyone to come. But we are happy today because there were lots of supporters,” he said.
