Epic Brands, the restaurant group behind the popular agave & Rye, is transforming a long-held space into a vibrant homage to Tokyo’s bustling streets. Founder Yavonne sarber explained the decision to utilize the 1,500-square-foot space, previously used for various concepts as 2018, stemmed from the growing popularity of Covington as a dining destination. “With how hot covington is now we thought ‘why are we not utilizing it?’ So we decided to,” Sarber said.
