HIGHCO Seeks Communications Specialist to Elevate Group Visibility
HIGHCO is seeking a temporary Communications andโฃ Marketing Specialist to bolster its brandโ reputation โand engagement across key stakeholder groups. โThe fixed-term contract (CDD) position, reporting directly to the Marketing/Communications Director, willโฃ focus on externalโ communications โstrategy and execution โfor the group’s partners, clients, investors, institutions, media, and prospective employees.

Key Responsibilities:
digital Presence: Develop visibility on social networks (primarily LinkedIn and Twitter) and manage/revampโฃ the group’s websites.
Corporate Communications: Createโฃ andโ implement corporate communication initiatives.
Public & Media Relations: monitor press coverage โคand organize pressโ conferences.
Event Management: Plan and execute events.
Financial โCommunications: Distribute financialโ press releases and contribute to the creation of the annual report, collaborating with finance, legal, creative, and production teams.
Employer Branding & Recruitment: Develop communications supporting the employer brand and recruitment efforts.
CSR & Philanthropy: Implement communications related to the group’s CSR โขpolicyโ and philanthropic activities.
Cross-Functional collaboration: Coordinate with Marketing/Communications teams across subsidiaries and the internal communications team.
Vendorโค Management: Manage relationships with partners andโ service providers.
project & Budget Management: Establish and monitor project timelines and budgets.
