Kumho Tire Expands European Sports Presence with Leicester Tigers Sponsorship
Kumho Tire has announced a five-year sponsorship agreement with Leicester Tigers, a prominent British rugby team, becoming an official sponsor beginning this season and extending through 2030. The partnership marks Kumho Tire’s continued investment in global sports marketing and brand visibility within the european market.
The collaboration will see the kumho Tire logo featured on Leicester Tigers’ uniforms and prominently displayed during home matches at Mattioli Woods Welford Road Stadium. Kumho Tire plans to leverage the partnership through joint events and promotional activities, engaging with the team’s substantial global fanbase.
Founded in 1880, Leicester Tigers boasts a rich history as a leading force in English rugby, having secured multiple Premiership Rugby titles and two European Rugby Champions Cups. Rugby’s growing popularity in England, alongside football, presents a key opportunity for Kumho Tire to reach a broad audience.

This sponsorship adds to Kumho Tire’s existing portfolio of European sports partnerships, including official global partnerships with Tottenham Hotspur and Eintracht Frankfurt in the UK and Germany, respectively, as well as Italian football club AC Milan.
