AI Firm OZEN Reports Third Consecutive Profitable quarter, Stock Rises on improved Financial outlook
Seoul, South Korea - November 12, 2025 – OZEN, a South Korean company specializing in AI-based marketing technologies, announced today its third consecutive quarter of profitability, signaling a notable turnaround for teh firm. The news spurred a 2.12% increase in the company’s stock price, closing at 14,480 won as of 2:07 p.m.KST,with a market capitalization of 64.5 billion won – a daily increase of 1.3 billion won.
OZEN has distinguished itself through the rapid “practical monetization of AI solutions,” leveraging integrated AI technologies for data collection, analysis, and prediction within its sales structure. The company’s success is underscored by a marked advancement in its financial stability.
Earlier this year, derivatives valuation losses stood at approximately KRW 10.8 billion for the first half of 2025. By the end of the third quarter, these losses were reduced to KRW 4.5 billion, representing a reversal of approximately KRW 6.3 billion. This improvement translated to a net loss improvement of roughly KRW 6.4 billion compared to the mid-year results.
Further bolstering investor confidence is the increasing likelihood of converting convertible bonds into equity, perhaps eliminating remaining valuation losses. This conversion would also address concerns surrounding OZEN’s previous designation as an ”investment cautionary stock” due to accounting-related capital erosion risks – risks that did not involve actual cash outflow.
“Three consecutive quarters of surplus are the result of our technological competitiveness and business efficiency strategies bearing fruit,” stated an OZEN official. “As accounting loss factors have entered a phase of resolution, our financial structure has become more solid.” The official further projected that 2026 will be “a year of ample turnaround with further accelerated growth,” built upon the company’s AI technology and stable profit base.
Recent trading activity,as of November 20th,shows foreign investors net purchasing 22,100 shares, while institutions net sold 7,300 shares.
