The EC Graz Huskies celebrated their first win in the win2day AWHL. After their opening defeat against the Lakers Carinthia, the Styrians won 3-1 against the Salzburg Eagles, who were playing their first game in the AWHL.
The Huskies gained a 2-0 lead within the first eight minutes before the Eagles scored the next goal in the middle third. However, the Graz women made it 3-1 in the same section and thus the final score.
