Thunder 123 – Spurs 87

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander (28 points, 6 rebounds and 7 steals) led the Thunder’s beating and sneaked into the highly anticipated duel between Victor Wembanyama and Chet Holmgren. The two are two prodigious centers with a splendid future but they also both had an unfortunate day, since Wembanyama was left with only 8 points (4 of 15 on field goals) with 14 rebounds and 5 turnovers while Holmgren could only add 9 points (3 of 10 on shots) and 7 rebounds for the Thunder .

Nuggets 111- Clippers 108

Six losses in a row and five of them since James Harden arrived. That is the unfortunate balance of the Los Angeles Clippers, who have not yet won with ‘La Barba’ and who this time, despite putting up a fight, fell to the Denver Nuggets. With 12 points in the last quarter and 29 in total, Spencer Dinwiddie was the key man in the Brooklyn Nets’ victory in the fourth quarter (36-18) to defeat the Orlando Magic. Franz Wagner and Paolo Banchero were the best on the team from Florida with 21 and 19 points, respectively.

Pistons 120 – Hawks 126

Without Trae Young, who has just become a father for the second time, Dejounte Murray took the helm of the Atlanta Hawks with 32 points and 10 assists against Detroit. Marvin Bagley III had 22 points and 11 rebounds for the Pistons.

Hornets 105 – Heat 111

Jimmy Butler scored 32 points boasting effectiveness (10 of 14) for the Miami Heat to defeat the Hornets. PJ Washington also scored 32 points in Charlotte.

Jazz 115 – Blazzers 99

Jordan Clarkson (30 points) was one of six players in double-digit scoring for the Jazz in their win over the Blazers. Jerami Grant (26 points) was the most productive in Portland.
