FAMU โFootball Faces Uphillโ Battle Despite Homecoming Hopes
TALLAHASSEE,FL – Despite theโ electric atmosphere expected for Saturday’s homecoming game against โฃAlcorn State,the Florida A&M Rattlers โare grappling with โa โchallengingโ season turnaround,seeking their first โขSouthwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) win. The matchup, scheduled for 4 p.m. atโ Bragg โMemorial Stadium, โrepresents aโฃ critical opportunityโข for FAMU to build momentum โamidst a season marked by inconsistency.
Head coach Roderickโ Colzie acknowledges the weight โคof expectations surrounding the homecoming contest, stating,โ “It’s going to be โa packed house. Nobody’sโ going to worry about any records. They’re โcoming here to make sure that we win.” However, the Rattlersโ enter the game needing a victory toโ avoidโข further โขsetbacks in the SWACโ standings and to deliver a positive experience for the anticipated large crowd โคof fans andโข alumni.
The Rattlers’ remaining schedule presentsโ a demanding path.
