Grazi Massafera Jokes About Starting a family with Co-Star Murilo Benício
RIO DE JANEIRO – Actress Grazi Massafera, 43, sparked conversation online after playfully commenting on an Instagram post that she and co-star Murilo Benício, 54, “need to have a baby” before her menopause. The comment fueled speculation about a potential romance between the two, who currently portray lovers in TV Globo’s 9pm soap opera, “Três Graças.”
Massafera’s comment, posted Friday, garnered over 5,000 likes and was a response to a video featuring benício discussing the show. In the video,Benício described the positive atmosphere on set, praising his colleagues including Andréia Horta,Pedro Novaes, and Alanis Guillen. He also highlighted Massafera’s comedic talent, stating, “She’s crazy. I think she’s a second Giovanna [Antonelli] in my life. She is very similar to Giovanna, she is very funny.”
Benício and Antonelli began a relationship during the 2001 soap opera ”O Clone” and share a son, Pietro, born in 2005. Benício also has a son, Antonio, 28, from a previous relationship with Alessandra Negrini. Antonelli is the mother of twins, Sofia and Antônia, 15, with director Leonardo Nogueira.
The playful exchange follows a previous instance where the potential for a romance was addressed.during an appearance on “Domingão com Huck” last month, host Luciano Huck referenced a joke made by tata Werneck about their on-screen chemistry, offering them money if they became a couple within six months. Huck also alluded to Benício’s history of relationships with co-stars, a point Massafera playfully dismissed, saying, “You’re ruining it now.”
