temperatures remain 3-7 degrees above normal despite a slight cooling trend expected to begin Thursday.โ Wednesday will mirror โTuesday’s warmth, with highs reaching near 69 degrees in Grand Junction, 67 in Montrose, 72 in Delta, 68 in Cortez, and 70 in Moab.
The โขpleasant conditions are due to a quiet weatherโฃ pattern, โขthough increased cloud cover is anticipated late Wednesdayโ as remnants of unsettled โweather from โthe pacific Northwest drift southward.this will initiate a gradual cooling, but overall tranquility โขis expected to continue through the weekend and into the beginning of next week.
Tonight will be clear,โ with temperatures dropping from the mid-to-upper 50s at 6 PM to the upper 40s and โlower 50s byโข 8 PM, and finally to the mid-to-upper 40s by 10 PM. Overnight lows are forecast to โbe around 39 degrees in Grand Junction, 35 in Montrose, 36 in Delta, 31 in Cortez, and 39 in Moab.
