Cairo, Egypt – The Ministry of Housing has unveiled a new offering of 2,333 residential plots โขacross 18 new cities, catering to medium, distinctive, and most distinguished housing needs.โค Reservationsโฃ will open on Sunday,โฃ September 14, 2025, and remain โavailable for two months, โconcluding onโค November 13, 2025, throughโ the dedicated website: http://https://reserve.newcities.gov.eg/.
This initiative addresses growing demand for homeownership and aims to expand โคhousing options within newly โdeveloped urban centers. The land release โimpacts โprospective homeowners โขseeking to build in areas experiencing rapid growth and offers a โคrangeโ ofโข propertyโฃ types to suit diverse budgets and preferences. Accomplished applicants will gain the โchance โto construct homes inโฃ strategicallyโ planned communities with modern infrastructure.
