El Califa deโ leรณn, theโ first taqueria in Mexico City to receiveโ a Michelin star, โฃis hosting a limited-time pop-up event in partnership with local restaurant Agave House, beginning September 4th and running through September 14th. The pop-up, coordinated by safety-focused travel โขapp GrinGO, celebrates a newly signed Memorandum of understanding between GrinGO and Mexico City.โ This collaboration underscores a growing effort to promote tourism to the Mexican capital, notably its renowned culinary scene where taco tours are a major draw. The pop-up will operate from 3 to 9 p.m. weekdays and 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturdays and Sundaysโค at Agave House, located at 943โ E.
