Makkah: The first day care center for children has been opened in Makkah Haram mosque for the convenience of Hajj and Umrah pilgrims. This is a center where parents going on pilgrimage can safely leave their children. This can also avoid the trouble of going on a pilgrimage by handing over relatives or other things in the country.

Even small children can be brought along and placed in the day care center only during the pilgrimage. Not being able to adequately take care of children while more than 20 lakh people were performing Hajj was a challenge for security officials and parents.

He said that if the children are placed in day care center, the tasks can be performed smoothly. A free nursery for children was also started this year in the name of Child Care Center at the Grand Mosque. Only the first three hours are free. The three-room center has games for different age groups.

English Summary: First day-care center for young children opens at Mecca Grand Mosque to create ease for pilgrims.
