Nanjing Man Arrested for Spreading Explicit Content, Allegedly Filmed Encounters with Male Guests
Authorities in East China apprehended a 38-year-old man, identified by the surname Jiao, on July 5, 2025, for allegedly distributing sexual content. Mainland Chinese media reports indicate that Jiao, also known by the nickname “Uncle Red Nanjing,” reportedly installed a hidden camera in his apartment to record intimate encounters with his male guests.

Access to this group was reportedly contingent on a membership fee of 150 yuan (approximately US $21) per person. some individuals who were allegedly filmed without their knowledge reportedly recognized themselves in leaked footage and later alerted the police.
Initial reports claimed Jiao, who is reportedly in his 60s, stated he had engaged in sexual activity with 1,691 men. However, police have indicated that this number may be exaggerated and have not yet provided an official count or details regarding the financial benefits Jiao may have accrued from the videos.
Jiao is described as having used meaningful makeup, a wig, and a long skirt, along with altering his voice, to disguise his identity from the men he encountered. It is indeed understood that some individuals eventually realized that Jiao was a transgender person.
While Jiao did not solicit payment for these encounters, he reportedly requested small gifts from his guests. These gifts reportedly included items such as milk, fruit, and even a half-bottle of cooking oil.
