‘The Naked Gun’ to Stream on Max September 29
Fans of the slapstick comedy franchise will soon be able to enjoy the reboot of “The Naked Gun” from the comfort of their homes. Paramount Pictures confirmed the film will begin streaming on Max this Sunday, September 29, according to USA Today.
The streaming release follows the film’s theatrical debut earlier this year, starring Liam Neeson as Frank Drebin Jr., taking over the role originated by Leslie Nielsen. The reboot also features Pamela Anderson, Paul Walter hauser, Kevin Durand, Danny Huston, Liza Koshy, and busta rhymes. The film aims to recapture the spirit of the original series, known for its visual gags and deadpan humor.
