Czech Republic Gains Recognition as Three Restaurantsโฃ Place in Laโ Liste’s world’s Best Ranking
MARIรNSKร โฃLรZNฤ, CZECH REPUBLIC – โNovember 21, 2023 โค- Three Czech restaurants have been recognized among the world’s elite dining establishments in the latest La Liste ranking, a globally respected restaurantโ guide. The declaration โprecedes the first-ever nationwide Michelin Guide for the Czech โRepublic, the results of which will be revealed on December 11 in Mariรกnskรฉ Lรกznฤ.
La Liste’s methodology incorporates data from hundreds ofโฃ guides and publications, including well-knownโฃ gastronomic authorities. This year, ten restaurants worldwide share the top spotโค with a โscore of 99.5โ out of 100. New โYork’s Le Bernardin continuesโ its reign asโ record โขholder, maintaining first place for the ninth consecutive year.Other restaurants achieving โขthe highest rating include SingleThread in California, Guy Savoy in Paris, Cheval โBlanc by Peter Knogl inโฃ Basel, Da Vittorioโฃ in Brusaporta, โSchwarzwaldstuben in โBerlin, โMartรญn โขBerasategui in Lasarte-Oria, โขLung King Hing in Hong Kong, Matsukawa in Tokyo, and โขRobuchon au Dรดme in Macau. These establishments were honored with golden plate trophies at a gala held โannually at theโ French Ministry of Foreignโค Affairs.
