Damanhour, โEgypt – The chief โขforensic โขphysician โof the Damanhur forensic โขmedicineโ department appeared before the Damanhour Criminal โขCourt โขtoday to โpresent findings related to the case of child โฃYassin, a victim โคof assault at a private school. The presentation centersโ on the forensic report detailing the extent of the injuries sustained by the child.
The court โคis โคcurrently hearingโค appeal sessionsโ following an April 30th ruling by the Damanhour Criminal Court which sentenced KJA, a 79-year-old financial observer, to lifeโฃ imprisonment for indecentโข assault against Yassin. Case number 33773โ of 2024, linked to total crimes record numberโ 1946 for 2024 in central โคDamanhur, isโค under review. Today’s session โwas convened, in part,โข to allow for thorough examination ofโฃ theโ forensic โevidenceโข and witnessโข statements gathered by the โsupreme State Security โProsecution. The appeal session was initially postponed to September โ20th to accommodate the chief forensic physician’s availability. โ
Yassin, the child victim, attended the Etay El-Baroud โคCourt session wearing a Spider-Man costume, a symbolic gesture of strength accordingโค to observers.
