BRI Offers IDR 20 Million Loans with Low Interest Rates in 2025, Supporting Entrepreneurial Ventures like Clothing Shops
Jakarta, Indonesia – Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) looking to launch or expand businesses, including ventures like clothing stores, can now access financing through the 2025 Peopel’s Business Credit (KUR) program offered by PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BRI).The program provides loans up to IDR 20,000,000 with competitive interest rates and flexible repayment terms.
According to a report by Friends of Pegadaian, a capital of IDR 20,000,000 can be sufficient to start various businesses, including ornamental plant sales, catering services, beauty salons, and retail, such as clothing stores. BRI’s KUR program aims to facilitate this by providing accessible financing solutions.
The KUR program is designed to strengthen business progress and financing for MSMEs with low interest rates, flexible tenors, fast request processes, and easy requirements.

* Family Card (Kartu Keluarga)
* Minimum age of 17 years or 21 years (for KUR Micro)
* Marriage Certificate (for married applicants)
* Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP) for loans exceeding IDR 50 million
* Business Identification Number (NIB) or Business Certificate from the sub-district/RT/RW
* Applicants must not currently have outstanding credit from other banks, excluding consumer credit like mortgages (KPR), vehicle loans (KKB), or credit cards.
* A business that has been operating for at least 6 months.

In-Person: Submit the required documents directly to BRI officers.
