11:33 a.m.: An Israeli tourist and her father were attacked at a pro-Palestinian rally, police said. The woman shouted something pro-Israel in the direction of the demonstration. The two were then attacked with punches and kicks and were slightly injured. Police arrested four suspects in this connection.

10:56 a.m.: On Friday night, the police stopped a 30-year-old on the wrong side of the A100 city motorway – on his e-scooter. The man was traveling in the left lane in the opposite direction, police said. Several cars would have had to brake or swerve. A breath alcohol test showed that the wrong-way driver had set out on his life-threatening tour with an alcohol level of 1.01 per mille.

6:08 p.m.: A 50-year-old man was arrested in Berlin-Spandau on Friday afternoon after he allegedly threatened his 71-year-old neighbor with a pistol. The incident occurred on Zeppelinstrasse in the Falkenhagener Feld district.

According to police reports, the senior citizen went to his neighbor’s apartment around 3:30 p.m. to ask him to reduce the volume of his music. The conversation apparently escalated, with the younger man becoming aggressive and pointing to a gun in his waistband. He is said to have verbally threatened the 71-year-old.

Special forces from the State Criminal Police Office arrived and arrested the suspect shortly afterwards. During a voluntary search of the apartment, the officers found the suspected murder weapon as well as ammunition and other weapons, which were confiscated.

7:42 p.m.: While fleeing from the police, a 42-year-old raced through Marzahn-Hellersdorf at well over 100 kilometers per hour. He ignored various traffic rules, including red lights, the police said. According to the information, the starting point was that officials in Alt-Biesdorf wanted to check the man’s vehicle. But the driver accelerated and sped through the night.

Police officers were only able to stop the car on Gülzower Straße in Kaulsdorf. The man then initially fled on foot – but didn’t get far. Officers arrested him and took him into custody. There they discovered that the 42-year-old had taken drugs and did not have a valid driver’s license. In addition, the license plates on his car did not belong to the car at all. The vehicle was confiscated. The police are investigating, among other things, a banned motor vehicle race.

1:14 p.m.: Two employees of the Left Party office in Berlin-Hellersdorf were threatened on Thursday morning. First, two men put stickers on the shop windows of the party office. They then asked the two employees present to “come out so they could be spoken to.” The employees perceived this as a threat and alerted the police at around 11 a.m.

The perpetrators fled before the emergency services arrived. The police removed the stickers and seized them as evidence. The state security agency has taken over the investigation on suspicion of damage to property and threats.

10:02 a.m.: A 43-year-old man was shot in Berlin-Kreuzberg on Friday night. The shots were fired around 12:30 a.m. on Yorckstrasse, just before Mehringdamm, the police said on Friday morning. The perpetrator hit the man in the leg.

The suspect then fled the scene. Alerted rescue workers took the injured man to a hospital, where he was operated on.

5:56 p.m.: In Hellersdorf, a man was injured by multiple knife stabs on Thursday night (October 3rd). The 31-year-old first called a 32-year-old acquaintance and reported that he had been attacked near the Cottbusser Platz subway station. The drunken man was unable to specifically state where he was, according to police. Together with a 33-year-old, the 32-year-old went looking for the man – and found him in a green area near the subway station.
