Falcons‘ โคKeyโค Offensive Players Set to Play Against Patriots Despite Injury Concerns
Foxborough, MA – November 1, 2025 – teh Atlanta Falcons will have their starting quarterbackโ and top receiving threats available whenโค they face the New England Patriots on Sunday, despite a week of injury questions. Michaelโ Penix jr., Drake London, Kyle Pitts, and Darnell Mooney were all removed from the injury report and are expected to play, according to updates โreleased Friday.
Penix was limited in the first two practicesโ of the week due to a bone bruise in his knee,but the second-yearโ QB stated he was “trending inโข theโฃ right direction.”โ He will makeโค his seventhโ start of theโ season.
London missed โWeek 8โฃ with a hip injury but is set to return. The fourth-year receiver has 38 catches for 469 receiving yards and two touchdowns this season.
Pitts,โฃ a fifth-year tight end, was โฃaโค full participant in Friday’s practice after beingโ limited earlier in the โweek. He has 39 catches for 344 receiving yards and oneโ touchdown in all seven games this season.
mooney participated fully in both Thursdayโ and Friday’s practices. The veteran receiver recorded โขa season-high 68 receiving yards in Week 7.
