Delaware โคPark โadn the Delaware thoroughbredโข Horsemen’s Association (DTHA) jointly announced a $20,000 donation to the Permanently Disabled Jockeys Fund (PDJF) on September 13, 2025. The contribution will directlyโฃ support jockeys โwho have suffered catastrophic on-track โคinjuries.
The partnership underscores a commitment to the health andโ welfareโ of riders, providing crucial financial assistance to โขthose facing โlife-alteringโฃ disabilities. The PDJF offers financial support to jockeys who have sustainedโค injuries preventing them from continuing their careers, covering medical expenses and daily living costs. This donation arrives โฃas Delaware Park concludes its 2025 meet, reinforcing theโข track and horsemen’s dedicationโข to supporting the jockeys who contribute to the sport.
