Joner revealed they are undertaking extensive renovations,stating,”We are going to refurbish the whole shit.” While optimistic about completion,she acknowledged the project’s pace,recounting a conversation with the contractor: “I asked my guy if he thought we’d be done by Christmas,and he said maybe that was a bit optimistic. Then I just said ‘OK, two months, then.’ It should work, he thought.” Joner, admitting her inexperience with home decorating, added, “I haven’t redecorated much, so I don’t really no what I’m talking about.”
