Allegiant Airlinesโ to Expand โFlorida service with 11 Newโค Routes in earlyโ 2026
FORT LAUDERDALE, โขFL – Novemberโค 26, 2025 – Allegiant Airlines announced today โa critically important expansion of its Florida service, adding 11 new nonstop routes to its network beginning in February 2026. The airline will connect several key Florida cities with destinations across theโ United States, bolstering โtravel options โfor both residentsโค and tourists.
This expansion builds on Allegiant’sโ existing presence in Florida, where it โcurrently serves 13 airports including Destin-Fort โฃWalton beach (VPS), โฃFort Lauderdale-Hollywood (FLL), Fort Myers (RSW), Jacksonville (JAX), Key West (EYW), โMelbourne Orlando โค(MLB), Orlando (MCO & SFB), Punta gorda (PGD), Sarasota-Bradenton (SRQ), St. Pete-Clearwater (TPA), andโค Palm Beachโ Internationalโข Airport (PBI). Southwest Florida international Airport (RSW) was recently added to Allegiant’s networkโฃ starting in November 2025.

Other airlines โคare also adjusting their Florida routes.Spirit Airlinesโ recently announced a new nonstop โflight โคto Belizeโฃ from Fort Lauderdale, operating three times weekly. Spirit also resumed nonstop service between Palm โฃBeachโฃ International Airport and Newark Libertyโ International Airport on December 4. Avelo Airlines announced new flights โbetween Lakeland Linder International Airport โคand Detroit, and also restored nonstop flights to Atlanta, both startingโข inโฃ February 2026.
