DKI Jakarta DPRD PSI Fraction Chief Anggara Wicitra Sastroamidjojo Requested Accountability Report (LPJ) for Implementation Formula E to DKI interim governor Heru Budi Hartono. Gerindra faction chairman Rani Maulinai said that his party was also waiting for the LPJ Formula E from PT Jakarta Propertindo (JakPro).

“Yes, it doesn’t matter if LPJ asks for Formula E, obviously if Formula E continues eventin 2023, obviously, the Act of Recitation must also know the details of the implementation budget event earlier for the upcoming preparations and one of the duties of the board members is to supervise the budget, it seems reasonable to ask Pak Ara PSI,” Rani told reporters on Wednesday (21/12/2022).

Rani said JakPro’s explanation regarding liability Formula E not detailed yet. He said that Gunung Kartiko, who was Director of Asset Management at that time, had not communicated in more detail because there was still an audit process.

“Besides, it’s an explanation event it’s not clear yet detailas at the time Pak Gunung gave notice that he was still in the audit process, and now his position has been successfully replaced, there is nothing wrong with us performing the supervisory function as a board member,” he said .

“Actually, from the beginning before and right event it’s happening, we – the DPRD – always ask, this is JakPro’s responsibility,” he added.

Also, Rani said that currently JakPro has just undergone a board reshuffle. For this reason, he is waiting for the LPJ to be immediately presented to the DPRD.

“Yeah, right now, JakPro just went through a reshuffle, right? We’ll just have to wait for their responses later,” he said.

DKI Jakarta DPRD PSI Fraction Head Anggara Wicitra Sastroamidjojo earlier urged Acting Governor Heru Budi to hand over the LPJ for the implementation of Formula E. The reason is that, until now, JakPro has not presented the report to the DPRD.

“We are in control Formula E This is from the beginning of the term. We regret that until today there has been no liability from PT JakPro as an executor who has been appointed by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government. This is one of our guard duties,” Anggara said during a visit by Heru Budi to his faction, quoted in a written statement, on Wednesday (12/21).

The PDIP DPRD DKI Jakarta faction highlighted the weakness of public communication Heru Budi Hartono during his tenure as Acting Governor of DKI Jakarta. The PDIP believes this is reflected in a number of policies adopted by Heru Budi that often cause an uproar in the community.

“I have to communicate to Pak Pj, there are a number of things that need to concern Pak Pj. Firstly, what worries the F-PDIP is that Pak Pj’s public communication is relatively weak, so the policies raised by Pak Pj Pj cause uproar,” Gembong Warsono said when Heru Budi visited DKI Jakarta DPRD PDIP Hamlet on the 8th floor of DKI Jakarta DPRD Building, Jalan Kebon Sirih, Central Jakarta on Monday (12/19/2022).

Gembong said there were at least two Heru Budi policies that concerned his faction. The first concerns the age limit for individual other service providers (PJLPs) to a maximum of 56 years. PDIP even gave Heru a negative score for issuing this policy.

“There are two things that make us a little concerned. The first is about PJLP, although Mr. Pj’s goal is to comply with the current regulations in accordance with the law, this has caused an extraordinary uproar, these are small people making a fortune on the streets, it’s like being in a gutter, sweep the streets are restless. We F-PDIPs evaluate Pak Pj’s policy in this matter as negative, very negative, not just negative,” Gembong said.

The next policy that was believed to make noise involved changing the slogan to “Success for Jakarta for Indonesia”. According to him, this new slogan was not properly communicated in front of the public.

“Secondly, on the public communication related to the slogan ‘Jakarta’s Success for Indonesia’. We became the target of the media crew yesterday. Because the public communication did not go well,” he said.

For this reason, Gembong encourages that in the future, Heru can mobilize the full SKPD potential within the DKI Jakarta provincial government to translate the policies enacted by his leadership. The goal is to prevent public miscommunication.

“This means that in the future Pak Pj will mobilize the full potential of the SKPD to work together, hand in hand what the Pj transmits must be able to be translated by the SKPD. This is the most important thing,” he said.

“Since Mr Pj’s job is to make policy, the operation is at the SKPD, perhaps with the role of Mr Deputy accompanying Mr Pj, hopefully that will be better. If there is already a Deputy, God willing , the path of the provincial government in the future will be better, so we can work hand in hand,” he added.

As is known, DKI Jakarta DPRD Chairman Prasetyo Edi Marsudi accompanied Acting Governor Heru Budi Sowan to all factions. In front of the DPRD members, Prasetyo introduced Heru Budi as the governor of DPRD DKI Jakarta.

Until this news was released, Heru’s sowan activities for the DKI DPRD faction continued. So far Heru has visited the offices of PAN, PDIP, Democrats and PKB-PPP factions of the DKI DPRD.

For information, there are nine factions in the DPRD DKI, namely PDIP faction, Gerindra Party faction, PKS faction, Democratic Party faction, PAN faction, PSI faction, NasDem Party faction, Golkar Party faction, and the PKB and PPP factions.
