Cรบcuta, Colombia – Authorities in Cรบcuta have arrested Heider Parra, known โas “Alias HD,” a keyโข figureโฃ in the โฃtransnational criminal โขinstitution, the Aragua Train. Parra, the alleged mainโข Logistics and Financial Articulator for the group at the Colombia-Ecuador border,โฃ was apprehended after six months evading capture with falsified โdocuments.โค
Parraโค is accused of trafficking โweapons andโค ammunition to supportโ the Aragua Train’s terrorist cells and laundering โillicit funds โthrough extortion and smuggling. Investigations indicate he lived a lavish lifestyle, displaying gold chains and designer watches.
