France Grapples with rising Obesity Rates Amidst Anti-Obesity Drug Concerns

France is confronting a significant public health challenge as obesity rates surge, impacting nearly half of its adult population. The rise in overweight and obese individuals has spurred the introduction of anti-obesity medications like Wegovy and Mounjaro, legally available as late 2024.
