HCA Midwest Health Appoints New CEO,Leadership Updates Announced Acrossโค Healthcare
Kansas city,MO – HCA Midwest Healthโฃ has named Keith Nealyโฃ as its new chief โexecutive officer,effective September 5,the association โฃannounced August 21. โThis leadership โchange โcomes amid aโข series of appointments across several healthcare systems.Nealy succeedsโค Fredrick โค”Fred” Parry,who is retiring after more than 40 years of service. Parry’s tenure includedโ meaningful growth and expansion for HCA Midwestโค Health, whichโค operates hospitals including Research Medical Center, Centerpointโ Medical Center, Overland Park Regional Medical Center, and Lafayette โRegional health Center.

Elsewhere, Kaiserโฃ Permanente announced August 20 the appointment of Jeff Krawcek, โคMD, as executiveโข vice president and chief executive officer for the KP Medical Foundation, beginning September 10. Krawcek previouslyโ servedโ as president and executive medical director of the Colorado Permanente Medical Group since 2021, overseeing more than 1,200 doctors, and was instrumental in creating theโข KPโฃ Medical Foundation model inโค 2022.โ Greg โA. In Texas,Jennifer Pugh has been named the nurse executive of Texas Children’s Hospital’s North Austin โขCampus. pugh brings over 15โ years of experience as a board-certified pediatric nurseโ practitioner and โฃmore than a decade of executive experience,โค previouslyโ serving as associate chief nursingโข officer and executive director at Children’s Hospital Los โAngeles. Dr. Jackie Ward,โค system chief nurse executive and senior โvice โpresident at Texas Children’s Hospital,โข said โฃPugh “isโ aโ passionate andโค highly โskilled leaderโฆWe are โฃconfident she โขwill help usโข remain at the โขforefrontโข ofโข nursing excellence in the city of Austin.”
