Driver Injured in Single-Vehicle crash Near Mรถlschow
Vorpommern-Greifswald,Germanyโข – A 42-year-oldโ man was injured Tuesday โคevening,September โฃ2nd,2025,in a single-vehicle accident on Kreisstraรe 27 between Mรถlschow โขand Bundesstraรeโค 111.
According too police reports, the driver of an Opel lost โขcontrolโ of โhis vehicle for reasons currently under โinvestigation. The car left theโ roadway in aโ right-hand curve, struck a tree head-on, and subsequently โฃoverturned.
Witnesses provided initial care to โฃthe injured driver until emergency services arrived. He wasโ then transported โby rescue helicopter to the University hospitalโ Greifswald โwith injuries โdescribed as serious,โฃ but not โlife-threatening.
officers detected โthe odor of alcoholโค on the driver’s breath during the โฃaccident investigation. A breathalyzer test registered a blood โalcohol content ofโ 2.12 perโค thousand. โHis driver’s licence was confiscated,โ and aโ blood sample โฃwas taken.
The vehicleโ sustained meaningful damage andโ was removed fromโข the scene โฃby a towing company. Totalโค damageโค isโ estimated โat approximatelyโ โฌ12,200.
The investigation โis ongoing.
