Carson City’s ‘Attack On Hunger‘ Successfully Fed 1,000 on Veterans Day, Gearing Up for emptyโ Bowls Dec. 5
Carson City, NV – Attack On Hunger, a community initiative dedicated toโค combatingโฃ food insecurity, recently provided meals to 1,000 veterans and community members โon Veterans Day and is now preparing โfor its nextโค partnership event, the FISH’s Empty Bowls Project on December 5th. โคThe organization’s ongoing efforts aim to nourish both body โคandโ spirit โฃthroughโ foodโ distribution โand resourceโค support.
attack โOn Hunger addresses a critical need in Carson City, where food insecurity impacts a meaningful โขportion ofโค the population. โฃBy focusing onโข veterans and neighbors in โneed, the organization provides vital assistance, fostering โconnection and offering pathways to resources. โขThe upcoming โขEmpty Bowlsโฃ Project, presented in partnershipโ with Ogres-Holm pottery, will continue this mission, raising awareness โandโฃ funds to support โongoingโ programs.
The empty Bowls Project will be held Friday, December 5th at the Carson Mall.
