Plus Company appoints Ryan McCracken to Lead Integrated Digital Experience Group
Plus Company, a global network of agencies, has named Ryan McCracken as president of its newly formed integrated digital experience group. This strategic move underscores Plus Company’s commitment to significantly expanding its marketing technology (MarTech) and customer experience capabilities on a global scale.
A Seasoned Leader in Digital Change
Mr.McCracken brings over 20 years of experience in digital transformation, customer experience, and technology to his new role. He previously held leadership positions at Accenture Song and Accenture Interactive, where he spearheaded major digital initiatives for Fortune 500 companies. His track record establishes him as a prominent figure in the dynamic field of digital experience.
Earlier in his career, mr. McCracken was a founding member of Bloom, Accenture’s innovation and venture capital group. There, he played a key role in launching and scaling innovative products and businesses, demonstrating his entrepreneurial acumen.
Integrating Expertise for Enhanced Customer Journeys
As president of the digital experience group, Mr. McCracken will oversee the integration of Plus Company’s expertise in MarTech, experience design, digital progress, and data strategy. This appointment follows the recent acquisition of three specialized firms:
- Zapiens: Specializing in experience design.
- Mindshakers: experts in digital development.
- Munvo: A consultancy focused on MarTech.
These firms will now operate under a unified leadership structure.
Leadership Transition at Munvo
The new structure builds upon the strong foundations established by the leaders of these agencies. Nabil Taydi will transition to the role of non-executive chairman at Munvo, where he will continue to provide strategic guidance, mentor teams, and remain a shareholder. This transition is facilitated by the appointment of Artour Kitbalian as senior vice president, professional services, at Munvo.
