Mexico City – The death toll from last Wednesday’s pipeline explosion on the Concordia bridgeโค in โIztapalapa has risen to 19, includingโฃ Fernando Soto Munguรญa, the 34-year-old driver of the tanker truck involved in the incident,โค the Mexico City Ministry of Healthโข confirmedโ today. Sotoโข Munguรญa โขhad been hospitalized at โขthe Victorian Traumatology โHospital.
