Finnish YouTuber Tixtuu aka Tito Huovila, 19, published a special YouTube video.
A well-known tube player completed a challenge during which he ate only candy for a week. The video has already collected almost 200,000 views in a short time.
Throughout the week, Tixtuu documented the progress of his challenge and told the camera his experiences. Judging from Tixtuu’s stories, the challenge was challenging, but also educational.
Surprising results
At the beginning of the challenge, the tube player weighed 63.7 kilos. He also decided to measure the results of the experiment with the help of a small fitness test. Before the challenge, he was able to do 39 push-ups and 19 abdominal exercises.
Tubettaja was surprised to find that the weight had dropped by 700 grams during the seven-day challenge. As for the fitness test, the results both improved and worsened. Tixtuu did 35 push-ups after the challenge, i.e. 4 less than before the challenge. The number of push-ups improved from 19 movements to 22 movements. The young man’s blood values were normal even after a week.
36 euros was spent on “food”, i.e. candies, for the whole week.
