Beloved Puppet Troupe Arbolé to Present “La Gota Aventurera” in Ejea This Weekend
Ejea, Spain – The acclaimed puppet company Arbolé, a fixture in Spanish culture since 1979, will bring their enchanting show “La Gota Aventurera” (The Adventurous Drop) to the villa Theater this Sunday, December 7th at 5:00 p.m. The performance promises a poetic and visually stunning exploration of the water cycle and its vital role in our world, designed for children and families alike.
Arbolé, currently based at the Luis Buñuel Water park since 2008, has built a reputation for blending artistry with a commitment to education and community engagement. “La Gota Aventurera” follows a unique droplet of water – born from emotion, a literal tear – on a journey through rain, rivers, seas, and clouds.
The show isn’t simply a scientific lesson; it’s a narrative driven by the audience’s imagination. The adventurous drop, initially seeking to avoid the sea, ultimately completes the water cycle, returning to its origin only to begin the journey anew, spurred on by the children watching. The performance highlights both the physical processes of water’s transformation and its emotional significance.
“La Gota Aventurera” offers a beautiful way to discover, through emotion, puppets and poetry, the importance of water in our lives,” according to promotional materials.
