Egypt Launches “Your Home in Egypt” Initiative with Discounts for Egyptians Abroad

Cairo, Egypt – The Egyptian Ministry of Housing has launched the “Your Home in Egypt” initiative, offering approximately 3,000 housing, commercial, and administrative units across multiple new cities. the program aims to provide accessible housing options, especially for Egyptians living abroad, with special discounts and flexible payment plans.
The available units are distributed across several projects: ”Diarna” in New Cairo, New Alamein, New Minya, New Assiut, New Sohag, New Damietta, May 15 City, and New qena; “housing Egypt” in New Alamein, New Mansoura, New Damietta, and New October City; “Dar Egypt” in Badr City and Burj Al Arab; “Jennah” in New Mansoura and New Damietta; “Valley Towers” in October Gardens city, and “Valley Towers East” in Obour City.
Discounts for Egyptians Abroad
Egyptians residing abroad are eligible for a 7% discount on the total price of the units. The Ministry of Housing is offering a payment period of up to 10 years. A reservation deposit of $5,000 per unit is required.
The initiative responds to requests from Egyptians abroad, as discussed with Minister of Housing Sherif El-Sherbiny during the sixth edition of the Egyptian conference abroad, organized by the Ministry of foreign Affairs. El-Sherbiny emphasized the initiative aligns with President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi’s commitment to supporting Egyptians abroad and strengthening their ties to Egypt, as well as their participation in the nation’s advancement.
